“The banquet food is excellent and this year received more compliments than ever. Red coat staff is always excellent. We always request staff from the previous year, if available because of the outstanding service we receive. The bartender and server who helped with the dinner should receive credit for the excellent service they provided. The chef who helped us prepare the menu and dinner was excellent. Karen was our event manager this year and was a great help to me in the overall planning and execution of the multiple meetings over the weekend.”
